Part-time Personal Assistant
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: $50+ per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Part-time | 15–20 hours per week (15 hours guaranteed)
Days: Three weekdays per week (days flexible)
Hours: Some flexibility on daily hours (e.g., 10:00am–4:00pm or 11:00am–5:00pm)

Overview
A private household in Miami is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and light household needs. This is a recently recently role focused on creating ease, organization, and proactive support for a calm, well-run home consisting of two adults and two friendly small dogs.
The ideal candidate is discreet, efficient, organized, and self-directed.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Personal Support
Manage emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination
Schedule personal, household, and pet-related appointments
Travel planning (hotels, restaurants, itineraries)
Online research, shopping, returns, and exchanges
Create and maintain simple systems to improve household efficiency
Communicate via email and text with professionalism and discretion
- Basic expensive tracking and light financial oversight
Household Coordination
Coordinate with household vendors
Manager and coordinate with part-time housekeeper and part-time chef
Track household needs and follow up on tasks and services
Receive and manage deliveries
Run light, local errands
Pet Care
Support care for two small dogs
Dog daycare drop-offs and appointment coordination
General pet-related errands and scheduling
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Discreet, professional, and well-mannered
Flexible, easy-going, and calm under changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dog-friendly
Forward-thinking with an interest in building systems
Reliable with a long-term mindset
Authorized to work in the United States
Must provide professional references and pass an extensive background investigation
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle; comfortable using it for local errands
Comfortable with Mac, iPhone, and iPad
Proficient with Google Suite
- Confident with online tools, scheduling platforms, and basic smart-home systems
