Housekeeper

Our clients are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support their residence in Southampton. This role can be structured as seasonal full-time (April/May–September/October) or full-time year-round with the ability to work between Southampton and Glen Head, NY. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and understands the expectations of maintaining a high-end home to a consistently high standard.

Schedule:

• School Year: Monday–Friday, 7/8am–3/4pm

• Summer: Schedule to include weekends (with two weekdays off) and flexibility for early or late shifts as needed

Responsibilities include:

• Full-charge housekeeping including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all living spaces

• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care

• Maintaining household supplies and notifying when items need replenishing

• Assisting with light household tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the home

• Ensuring the home is guest-ready at all times, particularly during the summer season

Qualifications:

• Candidates local to the Southampton area are strongly preferred
• A minimum of 3+ years of housekeeping experience in either private residences or luxury hospitality
• Strong English speaking skills
• Excellent references from previous employers
• Willing to undergo an in-depth background investigation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Non-smoker (no smoking or vaping)
• Physically able to perform job duties (standing, lifting, climbing stairs, bending, etc.)

Compensation: $45/hour
