  • Trash removal throughout the residence
  • Surface care and detail work to ensure the home always presents flawlessly
  • Execute efficiently within defined service windows

Organization and inventory ownership

  • Own household inventory and backstock, including:

  • Maintain closet organization and garment tracking
  • Manage rotation schedules for towels, bedding, and seasonal items
  • Pack and unpack for all personal and business travel with precision and discretion

Standards, systems, and team leadership

  • Build, document, and maintain housekeeping, packing, and travel SOPs in Asana
  • Create photo standards and checklists to ensure consistency across the team
  • Train, guide, and coordinate with existing housekeepers (who will remain part-time)
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for housekeeping standards and outcomes
  • Communicate professionally and consistently via Slack
  • Support the Estate Manager with the household manual and operational documentation

Travel and multi-residence support (Orange County)

  • Travel to the Orange County vacation home approximately 4–5 times per year
  • Handle pre-arrival preparation, arrival readiness, and post-departure cleaning/reset
  • Be onsite during principals’ stays as needed to maintain standards
  • Ensure both residences operate with the same level of care and presentation
  • Coordinate housekeeping logistics across locations

Additional support

  • Provide occasional personal assistant-style support for the female principal, as needed and directed by the Estate Manager/Admin Team

Home Environment and Expectations

  • Large, newly occupied Las Vegas high-rise residence; principals are direct and highly private
  • Orange County vacation home is approximately 14,000 sq ft
  • No pets and no children in the home
  • Discretion and professionalism are required at all times
  • NDA and background check required
  • House rules must be followed, including:
    • No eating inside the properties
    • Food and restroom breaks may be taken in the building lobby or offsite (breaks are permitted and not restricted)
  • Calm, quiet, unobtrusive presence is essential
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and proactive problem-solving are expected
  • Work must be completed efficiently within defined service windows

Qualifications

  • Responsiveness expected for urgent issues outside the core window
  • Work from home as needed for ordering, inventory management, and SOP development
  • Travel required during periods when principals are in residence in Orange County

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to $120,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Monthly health stipend
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Additional perks and long-term growth potential

Physical Requirements
