A warm, busy family relocating to the San Francisco Peninsula is looking for a hands-on, highly organized Spanish-Speaking Senior Personal | Family Assistant to help build structure and support their household during the transition and beyond. This is a hybrid role and a great fit for someone who loves working closely with a family and thrives on keeping many moving pieces on track.

The family wants to stay fully present and engaged as parents. They're looking for a trusted partner who takes ownership of the logistics, thinks one step ahead, and knows how to support without overstepping. The role will grow naturally as trust develops.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends for events or the unexpected
Start Date: November 2026
Compensation: $200,000+ annually, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
Benefits: Healthcare for employee, partner, and dependents; 15 vacation days; 5 sick days; 8 paid holidays

What You'll Do

  • Support the Principal's professional calendar, meetings, board commitments, and speaking engagements
  • Co-manage the family calendar, including school, activities, appointments, and travel
  • Coordinate children's activities, medical appointments, prescriptions, and errands
  • Plan family events, gifting, and guest visits
  • Oversee household staff, vendors, and day-to-day property operations
  • Manage household budgets, bills, insurance, inventory, vehicles, and home systems
  • Coordinate meal planning with the family's cook or chef
  • Arrange pet care and related logistics
  • Plan family travel, including itineraries, private aviation coordination, ground transportation, and travel documents

What You Bring

  • 7+ years supporting private families, principals, family offices, or UHNW households
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred
  • Strong experience managing calendars, travel, household operations, staff, and vendors
  • Discretion, sound judgment, and a proactive, low-ego approach
  • Comfort with technology, including productivity, household management, and AI tools
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active throughout the day
  • Local to Woodside or within a short drive

Finalists will complete a background check, reference checks, and a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The home is pet-friendly and strictly non-smoking and non-vaping.
