THE OPPORTUNITY

DM Estate Staffing is pleased to represent a wonderful Dallas family in their immediate search for a full-time Private Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for a safe, reliable, and personable professional who takes pride in providing seamless transportation and being a trusted, steady presence for the family across generations.

The role centers on two priorities: caring for the family's children on their daily school runs, and supporting the client's elderly parents with their outings, appointments, and day-to-day needs. Above all, this is a position built on trust and safety. Ensuring the well-being of the children and every passenger is the heart of this role.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

This role requires fluency in Russian. The driver will work closely with the client's elderly parents, and the ability to communicate with them comfortably and naturally in Russian is essential.

THE ROLE

On a typical day, the driver will manage early-morning drop-offs for the children and collect them again in the afternoon, with a start time usually around 7:00 a.m. Punctuality, calm road manners, and a warm, dependable manner with the children are key.

Beyond the school runs, the driver will transport the client's elderly parents to outings, appointments, and errands, and will serve as the primary point of contact for the parents whenever the client is traveling. This is a meaningful responsibility that calls for patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. The driver will operate the client's vehicle and will be fully responsible for its maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness, keeping it spotless, well-kept, and ready at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport the children on early-morning school drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups.
• Drive the client's elderly parents to outings, medical and personal appointments, and other engagements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's parents when the client is traveling.
• Run errands on behalf of the household as needed.
• Operate the client's vehicle responsibly and prioritize the safety of every passenger at all times.
• Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, overseeing regular servicing, fueling, cleaning, and routine safety checks.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and related expenses.
• Plan efficient routes with strong awareness of Dallas-area traffic and timing.
• Ensure children are properly and safely secured in age-appropriate restraints for every trip.
• Communicate proactively and coordinate schedules clearly with the family.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluency in Russian is required.
• Currently local to the greater Dallas area.
• A valid Texas driver's license and a spotless driving record — this is non-negotiable.
• Proven experience as a professional or private driver, ideally within a private household.
• A natural ease and warmth with both children and seniors.
• Excellent knowledge of safe driving practices and defensive driving.
• Strong familiarity with the Dallas metro area and confident use of navigation tools.
• Outstanding professional references and legal authorization to work in the United States.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, generally Monday through Friday, averaging forty to forty-five hours per week. Some weeks will require more hours and others fewer, depending on the family's calendar. The start time is typically around 7:00 a.m., though flexibility is essential, particularly when the client is traveling and the driver is supporting the parents. No travel is required for this role.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including:

• Sitting and operating a vehicle safely for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Maintaining full alertness, focus, and quick reaction time behind the wheel at all times.
• Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently throughout the day.
• Lifting and carrying groceries, packages, luggage, and household items, generally up to fifty pounds.
• Assisting elderly passengers in and out of the vehicle with care, including offering a steadying hand or support as needed.
• Securing and adjusting children's car seats and booster seats correctly.
• Bending, reaching, and loading and unloading items from the trunk and cabin.
• Performing light vehicle care such as cleaning, checking fluids and tire pressure, and fueling.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

BACKGROUND, REFERENCES & TRIAL

This is a position of significant trust within a private family home. The selected candidate must provide excellent professional references, successfully complete an in-depth background check, and sign a non-disclosure agreement. The household maintains a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy.

Suitable candidates will be invited to a paid driving trial. The family has an immediate need, and trials and hiring will be scheduled as soon as a strong match is identified.
