Personal Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Park City, Utah  ( local Salt Lake City area candidates only)

Our client, a busy, family-focused household in Park City, Utah, is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to manage the family's scheduling, logistics, and personal needs. This is a newly created role, well suited to an experienced, proactive assistant who anticipates needs, keeps everything running smoothly, and helps the family get the most out of having dedicated support.

The ideal candidate is warm, discreet, and highly organized, with a friendly, professional presence and sound judgment. They thrive on a full and often changing schedule, partner closely with the principals to keep plans and priorities on track, and have a knack for helping them see what can be delegated. This person takes pride in being a steady, dependable presence who handles the details behind the scenes, giving the family more time for what matters most to them.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility as needed
• Hybrid role, with 2–3 days per week in the home

Responsibilities

Personal & Family Support

• Manage family calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, working alongside the family’s travel advisors
• Make reservations, book transportation, and arrange outings and experiences
• Manage gifting, including purchasing, wrapping, and shipping
• Support the children’s schedules and logistics as needed
• Run errands, including grocery shopping

Household Coordination

• Coordinate with the property manager and household vendors on scheduling and logistics
• Meet vendors and service providers at the home as needed
• Support the family with household projects, handling logistics such as research, ordering, and scheduling
• Lead organizational projects and create systems that keep daily life running smoothly
• Handle shipping, receiving, and household deliveries
• Provide occasional support at the family’s second home as needed

Entertaining & Events

• Plan and coordinate dinner parties and family celebrations, including sending invitations and booking chefs, caterers, and other vendors
• Help bring the family’s ideas for gatherings to life

Administrative Support

• Track household bills, confirm details with vendors, and coordinate approvals and payments with the family’s existing accountant
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Hold regular check-ins with the family to align on priorities

Qualifications

• Must be local to the Salt Lake City area
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a private household
• Highly organized and proactive, with the confidence to guide principals in delegating
• Warm and professional, with a high EQ and strong boundaries
• Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable
• Comfortable with technology, including Google Workspace and Apple products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for work use
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Willingness to undergo a background check and sign an NDA

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000 - $150,000+ base salary | Commensurate with experience
• Benefits package included
