Overview

IT and Technology Manager | Atherton, CA
Full-Time | On-Site
Local candidates ONLY!

A private client in Atherton is hiring a full-time IT and Technology Manager to lead the technology behind a large, multi-structure estate. The property is a sophisticated smart home with integrated automation and an extensive security system, and the family hosts often, from intimate dinners to philanthropic gatherings of several hundred guests. You'll be the first call for anything with a screen, a signal, or a power cord, and you'll have the chance to shape where the estate's technology goes next, from a strong cybersecurity program to AI tools that make the team's work easier.

The family is looking for someone who lives and breathes technology. You follow what's new, try the latest tools, and get excited about finding a better way to do something. You're proactive, curious, and happy to roll up your sleeves, whether that means troubleshooting a kitchen appliance or setting up AV before guests arrive. You don't need to know everything on day one, but you're committed to learning. This is a long-term role with a well-established team, and the family hopes to find someone who will grow with them for years to come.
